how do I qualify for home health services?

Eligibility for home health care requires that patient be homebound and in need

of skilled assistance in the home.

Skilled nursing services are provided by specially trained registered nurse and licensed practical nurse. services are prescribed by s doctor on an intermittent basis. It includes such things as dressing change, intravenous therapy, catheter care, diabetic care, wound care, administration of medications, and teaching of patient and family how to care for the patient in the home.

Rehab home health service providers include physical medicine. They are provided on as-needed basis in the home for comfort or goals of care.
